any ideas on how to store the spare in the bed?

I don't like the spare under the bed.
What are my options?
Of course it would need to be locked and covered from the FL sun...

Who steals a spare tire?

 

Someone does! I had mine stolen from under the truck! Someone took the time to crank the tire down from under the truck and take it. Needless to say, I now have a lock on my spare.

 

You'd be surprised. I know a few people around here who have heard people stealing spares. Anything that is easy money for thieves.
