Any ideas

So I took my truck in to the dealership they are fixing there mistake and the owner of the dealership wrote me a $737 apology and to update 3 bad reviews to good reviews check I was shocked. But i get a call from the service guy saying they fixed the loose side shock and have the truck on the alignment rack and I dug into him and said did you forget the other side is messed up too like what are you thinking. Can I refuse the truck tomorrow if I look under it a find out they only fixed one side?

Wtf. Wow. This must have been rushed off the line or the person whose job was to tighten was on break while the truck passed his station. Good for you to push the fix

 

Was this a brand new truck or were they doing service on the suspension?

 

Dealer installed lift iirc. I'd refuse the $ refund and get a proper extended warranty on account of having lost any confidence that they can do anything correctly.
