Going to be replacing the ignition coils and spark plugs on an 07 Tacoma Double Cab 4.0L V6. Anyone have experience with brands for either or both they've had good results with? Many thanks in advance!

OEM if you enjoy the maintenance and want something very proven to be reliable.

NGK iridium if you don't want to think about the maintenance for some time and want something I'd say is quite safe in terms of reliability.

NGK ruthenium if you only shave your balls when you're going on a date, and want something AFAIK a few of us run, but I've personally never had an issue with them.

But then again, I've heard of plenty of copper plugs going 100k+ miles so it's really up to you. There are a few things in terms of ignition pattern and such, with the ruthenium ads saying itll increase MPGs or whatever, but itd be too little of a difference to really matter anyway imo. Brother has only run coppers and he's at 400k just fine so id just stick with what works if you want to be safe. Just check out rock auto, and go through their selection to see what fits! Not affiliated with them in any way, just never had an issue with them and their prices are great.

Edit: I believe im just at 10k+ miles on rutheniums, with no problems to report.
