For the blackvue/thinkware group buy its free shipping on all of them because they will all qualify. its 7% off for 1-15 people, 10% off for 16+. That discount applies to any of the add ons and accessories. I can't give any prices other than the % off because everyone will likely order different bundles with different memory card sizes or hardwire kits (or lack of hardwire kits).

    still waiting on street guardian.

Count me in for a Blackvue, glad to see how the discount would be so I can get a hardwire kit.
Any thoughts on battery vs power magic pro? Sometimes the truck sits in airport parking for a week, so I'm inclined to think power magic pro would be best?

Not sure which I’d be in on just yet. Ideally I’d like a 2 camera system that I can hardware for around $300max. That Thinkware one seems to have excellent quality, did ya do a review on that one in your other thread?

I haven't had a chance to mention this but blackboxmycar said we could do the blackvue dr590-2ch also. It's their middle model that lacks wifi and gps but starts at $200 and stilp has the Sony starvis image sensor that the high end cams have and the same parking mode. I'd highly check it out. The lack of wifi means you will have to take the memory card out and edit the cameras settings from the PC or Mac software though.

Nice. Will definitely look at that one. Any opinions on the advantages of having WiFi? Imagine only needing to take the card out in the event of an incident.

If you have to call the police, the other person may try to embellish the event. It would be very helpful to have the ability to shut that down really quick right then and there by being able to show the police what happened.

I suppose an SD to iPhone adapter left in the glove box could work as well. Decisions decisions

Really just convenience, being able to view a file on site like someone else mentioned, or make a backup copy right away.

It's also nice to set the viewing angle thru the live feed.

I don't consider it a necessary feature tho, just convenient. Even if you can't show a cop what happened at the scene you can send the clip to insurance later.

Will do. I'm keeping yeah on Excel in my phone because it's easier, will update the post when I'm at my computer.

So far we are at 13 interested in the thinkware/blackvue one. I have 19 interested but not sure which group buy. 7 for street guardian.
