    Hi,
Sorry, I am very green when it comes to tires and wheels. I currently have a 265/65R17 Michelin tire with 17x7.5 wheels. The new wheel I want to install is a 17x7. Because it’s half an inch smaller would this cause any issues installing since I previously have a wider wheel currently and going smaller? I will be using the same tires.

Can’t give you a definite answer without backspace/offset specifics on the new wheel. But, that being said, most likely no issue.
