I got the truck with 4 miles on it has 99 now. I might have missed these spots but I swear they are randomly popping up and I have barley drove it. Here are some pics let me know what you think? hoping their is not paint problems like the super white I have read about.

0 issues on mine. What sort of spot is it? Is that dirt or did it eat through the clear ?

Not just white, white is known for flaking off. There have been other colors that have had issues with rust, rail dust and other issues.

thought was dirt but does not come off. I have maybe 6 spots all that size like that including under the paint protective film from the factory in random places. have to look real hard to find them.

Take it back to the dealer. Be nice about it, angry gets you nowhere and mention Tacomaworld and they will become deaf.

That's really odd. I would suggest taking it to the dealer and then perhaps starting a claim with toyota.

Someone else had an issue lately with spots under the PPF on a brand new truck. Not sure how it was resolved. This is gonna sound weird but it almost looks like a burn. Maybe try a clay bar on the other spots or yeah back to the dealer you go. Good luck.

If it's a warranty issues then you can take it to any dealer. I mean....you can take it to any dealer no matter what.

I just gave my truck its first clay bar, wash, and sealer yesterday after owning for 10 days or so. No issues other than a couple rock chips already.

Did it look the same before you tried to clean it up or did it change (better or worse). Since it would be a warranty type repair, you could take it to your closest dealer. It's pretty small though, they might just look at you and say this guy is gonna be a pain in the butt. I would just keep an eye on them and maybe ask the service department at your first service.

I have VooDoo Blue and no real Issues on my end. Talking with some PDR guys and Detailers in my area they mentioned that the paint on the cars is not what it used to be and just about all new cars have issues with their paint.

The only issues I have is the dealer who pinstriped mine left a dot on the bed side and rock chips. I have a quite a few at 10k, I am also on my 3rd windshield.

That'll probably work. I've seen it on a few customers cars before and iron remover will usually get most of it off. Much easier to get it off now then to wait and do it later on.
