Don’t have access to a welder or know anyone that does welding. Looking to have a cab mount relocation kit installed, looking to be upgrade to a 34-35” tire around fall. Or a really an aggressive cab mount chop. :) Would prefer someone who had done one successfully. Willing to pay for your service, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is this too aggressive? You can fit 41s no problem :D

Ski from CT Motorsports will likely be the one to go to

He is but he's super busy/less likely to respond on social media because of that, best to give him a call...he can definitely help or point you in the right direction!

Just emailed them, hopefully I get an answer. In need of tires soon, so might as well do 35” tires.

I'd recommend the Cab Mount Chop. The cab relocation although seems like good idea? You really gain very little over a good CMC. This is due to the actual Cab mount still remaining in the exact same location. That large metal structure that you are removing is designed to protect you and your passengers from off center frontal impacts. (From your tire coming up into your face)
With a good CMC you can still maintain most of the design protection. the other limiting factor to achieving tire clearance is the actual cab floor.
Get a good CMC and a set of adjustable UCA and move your front wheels forward in the wheel well and get a high clearance bumper.
    Just something to consider.
Good Luck with what ever you decide!

I have SPC UCA’s along with a 1” body lift and a CMC. Still rubs, my alignment guy sucked!

LOL! Yeah that's something I found most alignment shops don't truly understand how to be creative and use the SPC UCA. We have a specialty shop here that the guy is always tweaking the suspension for Tacoma owners. He's fairly good.
Don't get me started as to why he needs to tweak their suspension. (14" Wide 24" rims) LMAO!!!
You can do a CMC that will clear 34-35" tires. It's been done before. I'm ordering a PRO and it's destined to have 34" tire, and I don't plan on doing a lift. (Should be interesting!)
Good luck with your journey down the rabbit hole! :)

I mean i'm sure people here have done them, but it's also a level of responsibility they would have to take on god-forbid the cab mount fails in some way.
    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

at this rate, you're falling into a point of 4 options:
    1) take it to another shop; you had the opportunity to contact CT motorsport, but seems like that was a no-go.
    2) Test your luck with a shop that has never done it before. Check out Sumin Auto
    3) Pick up a welder and learn for yourself. Practice on spare steel before hand but since you plan to go to 34s/ 35s and want to entirely relocate the cab mounts, you might as well learn that way you can make changes yourself.
    4) change your approach to your goal. as buddy above said, you can change your rims and geometry to avoid needing to even do a CMC.

    1. Never got an email or phone call returned from CT MOTORSPORTS
    2. Many shops have said no to the work.
    3. Yeah, I don’t think so…lol
    4. Not looking to spend more money on a set of wheels when I have the correct spec’d wheels for 35’s.

I’ll take care of you buddy! I can do the cutting, just need my buddy to weld since my father-in-law isn’t able to do it.

I need to do work on @Shveet truck too. He has a Marlin Crawler LCA kit to go in
