    Yeah.
Welcome, relatively new to the area and in Bentonville as well. Maybe we can caravan down together for the next drive.

That would imply you are also considering spending some nights out and doing some serious broverlanding?

and thanks to @PinnaclePete for keeping my sunnies and the watermelon rinds from procreating. They are now safe and sound back in my perceived coolness.

It would be nice to have during the summer and would make travel more enjoyable (get off the highways!).

No thank you, no disrespect, hear me out. To me that trailer is pointless. It could be so much more. It's a box with a rack for a roof top tent it's so low you cant do anything I underneath the tent in the rain or in the shade. No where for a fridge, no where for batteries or solar, no spare tire....nothing.

Now, think if I welded you up a trailer exactly like that, except with a taller rack. Awning on one side and back, RTT flips out the other way. All three sides have shadeyou can get under. Underneath the rack is a track system to pull out your solar panel over the tounge. Then between trailer and roof top tent, a big open space for storing all manner of camping things that don't need to get rained on. Behind the propane tank, stainless steel fold down table. Sit propane tank on the ground, fold down table, and set stove on table. I have been thinking about building myself a camping trailer for a while now. Just cause the ones they sell don't make a lot of sense to a guy thats been camping all his life.

Changed oil and air in a Camry this evening :annoyed: 2 jacks and 2 jack stands just to get under the thing. Tight quarters, but next time should be under 45 mins. My boys GF, she helped.... kinda.

Changed the air? My truck could use an air change. It smells like sweat with a hint of jet fuel inside.

@TenBeers How did your new CB setup work?

    Yeah.
Seemed to work great, only a couple times did I hear only half of a conversation, and I think that was tailgunner Pete way in the back with a Rubber Duckie. Chip complained of garbled transmissions when I was close behind him -- from there, his antenna is blocked from mine, so probably getting bounced signals.

    How was grandma's birthday?

EDIT: I imagine something like this:

Nice. Grandma’s birthday was nice, but exhausting. So at least it was normal for a family gathering

That was the Illinois Bayou in the Ozarks, but the Ouachitas are less than 2 hrs from you.

I go to Siloam Springs frequently but I'm not familiar with any trails through the Ozarks or Ouachitas. I need to start getting out more in the Ouachitas.
