Lol no it's an actual two story driving range but the balls are microchipped to track them.

Thanks! She was, and continues to be a DIY project. It’s the perfect size for me to sail, and for Alicia to nap which keeps both of us happy!D707E02A-F49D-4A29-8C56-7E447A0DEC05.jpg

I got 3 of these from a friend. Probably only going to use 2 of them. I need to weld up some angle iron for the base and some tubes for the top of the rack, but these bars were a great find since now I don’t have to try to find a tube bender

Tent flip towards the back over tail gate, with a awning on one side...Lots of places to hang out during rain.

I bought a Harbor Freight hydraulic tube bender when I built my first rack, super cheap but really heavy with all the dies. It was great at bending tubes. Not making nice, smooth curves, but making great bends with a big kink in them. I read that you can pack the tubes with sand and weld caps on, and that will keep them from kinking, but I ended up just going with straight tubes. I was pretty sure I wouldn't get all the angles on the bends right anyway.

Great find, those look pretty sturdy, you shouldn't need more than 2 of them.

I went ahead and put three on mine, not because of the tube diameter and strength but the short lengths of angle iron on the rails supporting the tent, two people, etc.. Should be able to get away with 2 if you run your bed rail supports full length to distribute the load. Cheers to you guys that can weld, JB is the best I can muster.

My welding leans way toward the "passable structural integrity" end of the spectrum, far away from the beautiful welds of an experienced welder. I do enjoy it, though.

Sliders arrived while I was loafing on the beach, got them prepped, primed and painted last night. Decision tonight will be between mowing the yard or bolting them up.

Only thing with that is the awning wouldn't be able to be flat. It would need to be angled due to the height of the rack and then it would just drain all the water into my bed.
I hadn't even thought about doing the angle iron partial length. They will be all the way down the bedrails, with a support on the inside of the rail.
