    Yeah.
Doubtful I would ever buy one, but it does look really well-done. The hydraulic stabilizer bar disconnect under load looks cool. I'd just worry about reliability of all the new tech -- at least Toyota has been doing it successfully for a while. We'll see what kind of yahoos post videos of doing crazy things and breaking their Bronco.

I’m excited for someone to do a solid axle swap. And a lot of the components on the Bronco are already proven bits from other Ford models. Really the only new stuff seems to be the electronics from what I can tell. That and general build quality would be the only worries from me in buying a first year model

That and the fact I'm just not a Ford guy, but they do look impressive. I'll hold out for the 2022 Land Cruiser utilitarian model, suffer through my third mid-life crisis and have to buy one.

Today I went and toured the Greenbrier nuclear fallout bunker. No photos to share since electronics of any kind were not allowed inside. Learning about the history was neat, but at $39 I think it was overpriced.

We just wrapped up a fun trip to the mountains in west N.C. Lots of multi pitch climbing, a bit of bouldering, and a ton of relaxing! This was from a rack swap at pitch 3 on Looking Glass Rock.

Awesome view from there! Have to laugh a bit, you taking the orderly engineer approach and she's like, "Just get on there, f@#ker!"

There was no availability for bike rentals or rafting trips today so we just did some driving out to the New River Gorge. That is another spectacular area with lots of mining and civil war history. I have to go home tomorrow :( I have really enjoyed this place.

The new bridge was built in 1977 to connect both sides of the gorge and shorten the crossing time from 45 minutes to about one minute. The old bridge that has been reconstructed to look like the original is down low in the gorge with a series of very tight switchbacks on either side leading down to it.

Back in the early 1900s, there was a prominent mining community on one side of the river. After the town started growing, they built a sister town on the other side of the bridge because they ran out of flat land for building. That is why there is a railroad on either side of the river. They had old photos depicting the early 1900s era cars driving on the switchbacks to cross the gorge and photos showing how they shared things such as a school, common store, and post office between the two communities on either side of the river.

Had to fly back to Dallas today by way of a pit stop in wine country (Fredericksburg, TX) to drop off one passenger. I get one day at home tomorrow to mow the yard and take care of some things, then I’m off to Aspen on Sunday to pick up a regular client. Wish I could stay there a few days!
