I have pretty much none of that hair now. SO much lighter!

I decided to work on my rear seat delete some this weekend. It's just plywood cut to fit and mounted to the OEM seat mount hole locations. The plywood is repurposed from a subfloor that I took out; so, you know, recycling. I'm going to build a back for it to mount up top where the original seat folder locks were (?). Unsure. I'm no finish carpenter; I'm kindof a build-as-I-go type guy. I'd probably make a better framer. :D After it's all mocked up, I'll take it out and insulate the back for sound and paint it with some bedliner or something. I've got some tie down anchors similar to the triangle ones from the bed on order because the L-track is PRI-CY. I can already tell that it will be SUPER efficient as far as space goes with the tools. You know I'm a tool guy; so, this will leave so much more room for more tools! :headbang: And...in the unfortunate event of a wreck, it'd probably be nice to have some of this heavy stuff tied down to something solid. Just a guess.

Another option is to carpet it. I bought indoor/outdoor gray from big box for like 40 cents/sq foot and carpeted the drawer platform for the Cruiser. Cuts easy, goes on with spray adhesive.

I did think about that too. Carpet would be nicer. Does it hold any water? There might be times when I use the open side for waders or the doggo, depending on the day.

What I got was indoor/outdoor, so it wont absorb, but might collect.

I'm good, thankfully. It's the two week quarantine upon return I can't swing, without 'breaking the rules'

my employer would axe me in a heartbeat.
