Hey folks, I'll be traveling to Holiday Island the last weekend of April if anyone is needing a tune for their third gen.

    A thing or two...
I got my 1st Moderna shot on Tues last week. No side effects other than my arm being a little sore. I've heard a few times that the second shot is worse.

The vast majority of people I know who have had Phizer have been completely unfazed by it, including my 85yr old grandmother.
I got the Moderna and the second shot messed me up pretty bad. I had 102° fever for a full day afterwards and I woke up drenched in sweat almost every hour for the first night and part of the second night. My mom was sick with nausea and stuck in bed for a couple of days, but she had it the worst from everyone I know. My other family members and friends who got Moderna reported fevers, worse than normal sleeps and general fatigue the next day but back to normal after one day.

I've had both of mine and the only side affect I had was that my eyelids felt cold right after, and that disappeared by the time they let me leave after the mandatory fifteen minute wait to see if I'd have a reaction.

We went out to a restaurant for the first time today, and then went shopping for the first time together since last March. The vax is a big relief.

Oh, and I played three nickle roll poker tournaments and was in the money in two. It was great to associate with people for a change.

Is everybody seeing their own posts as a reversed image? Everyone elses posts are normal. Either I'm having a bad reaction to the shot or the Mods are having a HeyDay with April Fools Day

I had my second Pfizer yesterday. I had some minor body aches for a few hours and my arm is sore, but Tylenol took care of both issues.

    Yeah.
Entire family scheduled to get our first shots next week.

Big weekend plans here: Wait around for a new fridge to get delivered. Ours went belly-up in less than 4 years. Not getting another LG. As much as these things cost these days, they should last at least 10 years.

I just cancelled my appointment learning the covid vax contains a large amount of dihydrogen monoxide. No thank you.

Real talk, my wife and I both have appointments to get the first shot next Thursday. Not sure which brand they are doing at Mercy in Springdale though. Curious how it's going to go seeing that both of us got sick with the covid just before last Thanksgiving.

    Yeah.
We're doing Mercy in Springdale as well. Wife and I are on Tuesday, daughters on Wednesday. I don't know what brand either, but I'll take whatever they got.

I got roped in at work. Had been debating about whether or not to get the shot, but they made it too easy. They did a vaccination clinic at the mill, so all I had to do was walk across the street. We received the Moderna (sp) vax, second shot coming 4-9.
