Gladiators look good on 37s or 40s. Stock height with stock tires - they look a bit odd.

I've been drooling over these new tundra builds on 37s:

I think one of these would be quite satisfying.

I checked one out. Absolutely no interior room and honestly... I was less than impressed with the drive quality. Which stinks cuz a well built gladiator looks really cool...

That's got to be the first thing adventure motors ever built that wasn't crusty and rusty underneath. That looks mighty fine

    Well now I'm drooling too.

My dad is in the market for a new Toyota and I'm trying to convince him a Tundra is worth his time. He told me he'd have to spend my inheritance to get one. Told him I'm fine if my inheritance is a used Tundra.

Welp decided to pop into my friendly neighborhood body shop to get that core support checked out. Not as expensive as I expected, still kind of sucks. Anyhoo it'll get fixed all proper early June. One plus is the guy took 2 hours of labor off when I offered to bring it in with the bumper/winch removed.

They're real nice to drive, and I'm tempted to trade all the time. But I just can't bring myself to spend it.

Instead, I doubled down on the taco today and ordered new upper ball joints from SPC and heavier coils from Dobinson's. But I'm going to have a shop put them on. I'm about tired of tearing into suspension bits haha.

This morning I was invited to be an administrator for the FB group named Toyota Trucks in Arkansas. If you are on FB, please join us. We're starting to plan another Burns Park meet as we had back on July 13, 2019. The group is growing and now has over 1,000 members. We'll be planning more Toyota Truck events since the group is starting to take off.

Once Ford builds more Mavericks than Nissan builds Frontiers, and Toyota builds Tacomas. The Maverick will beat them both in units sold. Simply due to a lower price point, then factor in fleet sales. The only thing that could possibly keep Toyota or Nissan as #1 in sales of midsizes, if who ever keeps count does not classify the Maverick as a midsize. What it will come down to, is who can produce the most units for any given year. It's a numbers game, build the most sell the most.

Remembering how the 1st gen 5-lug and pre-runner helped Toyota capture the #1 small to midsize truck spots.

This thinking should put forward on the radar to overcome lackluster ranger sales. That being said, Ford is currently really struggling to get Maverick orders filled. And there are a lot of Mavericks and rangers being traded in at Nissan dealerships at the moment.

Truck packed and ready to leave for The Toyota Jambo. I need to get a roof rack. No need to carry traction boards inside the cabin.

    Tent and traction boards.

I sure like camping at Barnwell. For having a huge event, there were plenty of places to camp. Restrooms were available all over the park. Signs that pointed to the camping areas. We camped at "Old Camp" family camping. Everything went quiet at 10 AM. Lots of singing birds at night. I got some of the best sleep that I've had in a long time while camping.

Although I didn't use them, they had several showers in buildings up by the main pavilion and behind the front office.

The best part was we could leave our tents and equipment at the camp and nobody messed with anything. Everybody left their camps set up while they were out wheeling and taking in the events.

No tweakers to come by and steal your stuff during the day while you were out enjoying the park.

I'm ready to go back again soon.

Agree! I was in shock the first day. I've not seen anything like this before. I guess I can call it a classy place to camp and off-road.

Generally, I think Toyota/Lexus people are a cut above.
