Sharing a video from trail maintenance weekend on Nov 20th. We did a lot of trail cleanup after the Nov 4th storm along Payne Ridge Rd from HWY 7 to Victor.

Our Toyota group has a slightly different route from Simpson AR (HWY 7) via Payne Ridge Rd, Payne Hollow, Victor, up to the Narrows and Woolum to end at Pindall. We had a group of guys with chainsaws that cleaned up a lot that weekend.

Busy and Thankful, family’s getting more spread out each year. LR to Tulsa, back to LR, then to Fayettevile and ended the weekend at the OK Cabin with my Son. Meat for a year…

 

Those JIS tools are worth their weight in gold

 

Don't know if anyone's interested in this type of lighting, but I've had some experience with these "amber" auxbeam 4" round spots on my boat for a while and love them. Cheap Amazon lights are hit or miss a lot, but these have been good to me. Coming back through Stuttgart around Thanksgiving, it was dumb foggy, and I couldn't see anything hardly. I saw that these were ~$70 on black friday after that; so, I picked up another pair and swapped them out for the ditch lights that I never really used. The amber, which is really yellow, doesn't reflect off the fog. Super handy on the water.


Just like the ones on my boat, I ran beads of adhesive silicone around the lens and the butt joint of the two aluminum pieces.

They're not DOT, of course, but, you know. Common sense and discretion, amiright? YMMV

Any Weboost experts in NWA? Just got one installed and when I test my upload and download speeds, it actually slows things down. It's brand new and supposed to work with 5G. Solid green light on the unit. Not sure if it's something I'm doing wrong, or if I just have too good of a signal to begin with and need to go test it in the NF.

 

Which model did you get? I've seen a lot of those in use out west, and have been eyeing one for a while, so curious to know what you discover. Worst thing Ive read and seen on youtube is you have to be very close to the mobile router or it won't work properly, if at all.
