That was 2001. We choked in the ALCS to the Yankees who won the title the 3 years prior.

I don't know if Dan Wilson getting thrown out of a game by the home plate umpire, upset with something he heard said by spectator, but the M's offense blasted off in spectacular fashion the last two games of their 3 and 6 road trip, as everybody got into the act, scoring 28 runs in those two games. Mariners are still in the mix...

They need to lock this shit down, 4 in a row helps. Texas is coming on, they have another series with Houston, we have another series with Houston, now we’re a game back in the west, so this is gonna be interesting. I’m thinking root for Houston against Texas, hope Toronto takes care of Houston next couple games, we take care of the Angels and take care of Houston. Oof. I wish we hadn’t have stunk it up on those road series against Baltimore, Cleveland, and Tampa, all series we could’ve/should’ve won, we’ve just been so bad on the road.
