    Hi,

I have not seen any this year. I used to race and love Gp. I grew up reading Cycle News in class inhigh school long ago. (No dates please) it was in print if that says anything. I raced a 2 stroke.

Kenny Roberts was the man. Flying Freddie Spencer, and Wayne Rainey were the bomb. Roberts perfects the hang off lean. Anyway, I miss it. I was a huge fan of #69. I think after he left I stopped watching as much. Maybe I should get back into it. Sad to see him leave.

Few pics of my collection for #69 and an old one of race day

I always had hopes for Aaron Yates kid. Is he even racing this year? The best we can do is cheer on the English. Oh that's right, Crutchlow retired. Damn!

Well my boy Quartararo got a major spanking. He did well but was penalized 6 seconds for exceeding track limits and riding with his leathers open. Pretty wild seeing him run his last couple laps with his leathers flapping in the wind. He blames Alpinestars. Many racers are saying he should have been DQ'd.

Probably should have if you go with previous things that have happened with other riders.

I think that after what happened with Dupasquier people are wanting strict safety standards.

    How about Miquel?!?

Wasn't sure he'd pull it off but he's still king of the ring.

I just wish Oliveira had gotten through earlier so we could have seen a proper battle. Happy for Marc but not a particularly exciting race.

Just goes to show you that anyone can do a fast lap but to hold on to it for 30 laps makes you the king of the ring.

I was curious if his fitness would hold up. Also with the other manufacturers making improvements on their bikes Honda seems to be a bit behind. This weekend will be a better gauge. A lot of left/right flowing corners will tax Marc and the Honda.

I was wondering how well he’d hold up until the end myself. He looked pretty beat up when he got off his bike in Park Ferme. I think a lot of that was emotions too!

I like seeing Miquel doing so well.

What do you guys think is happening with Maverick? He’s never done so poorly.

Maverick is a mystery. He’s so inconsistent it’s mind boggling. I wish I had an answer for his issues, I’d sell them to Yamaha and make some big bucks. I’m sure they’d like to know what’s going on as well.

Maverick always wins the first race of the year. Then he just starts sliding backwards and comes back the last couple of races to keep his sponsorship. I blame it on him changing from #25 to #12 a couple years back lol.

I really admire KTM and Ducati for bringing in the new talent. younger riders seem to cope with a new bike better than older factory riders who lose their shit every time there is a change in chassis. you really see that in riders like Rossi and Crutchlow. Next couple seasons should be really interesting.
