The fact that Fabio re-signed with them so early when the opportunities were endless is pretty telling. People like us aren't privy to the level of information that's being relayed between riders, teams, factories etc. Perhaps the smaller displacement benefits the Yamaha or inline 4 configuration in some capacity. Maybe they're developing a V4.

All I've heard is that MotoGP is going 850cc to make it safer and closer racing BUT, an industry pro from Europe says the 850's will be lighter and possibly faster than the liter bikes they are running now. The only thing that is for certain is I've never, ever seen Honda go on a losing streak for this long a time. Hmmm. interesting times.

More silly season rumors, Jack Miller offered WSBK Ducati ride. Where champions go to die.

What Champions have gone to Factory WSBK to die?

I assumed you meant MotoGP Champions, of which only one of those riders fits the bill.

To be fair, the racing in WSBK has been leaps and bounds better than MotoGP for the last 4-5 years.

Good lord the retro liveries on the bikes for Silverstone are :101010: Which one are we feeling the most? For me it’s a toss up between the VR46 and HRC but they’re all so good! Honorable mention to Trackhouse paying homage to all the American GP winners!

Yamaha qualifies 18th and 22nd with Rins out with arm pain after surgery...Still having a hard time wrapping my mind around people placing their faith in this bike.

I just watched the Sprint at Spielberg. Good race. I really liked Alex Lowes as a paddock commentator also.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Current bike is a POS. Next year is a whole new ball game...that's where people are looking at this point. Honestly, I think Yamaha decided to just eat this year. The rules changes have been in the works for a while and they were aware...may even have their new bike pretty well designed by now.

Good stuff from Marq today. Is he getting his mojo back? People talked smack about him when his arm was off 30°. He couldn’t ride a bike proper no more.

This dude is one tough hombre to manhandle the ‘23 Duc the way he has been lately, and that’s from a JLO fanatic who appreciated his stubborn determination to be up front when he was a youngster.:hattip:

This is going to be follow the leader to the finish. MM93 isn’t going to move on PB63 and AE41 is going to block for JM89. Boring end but as long as my guy Jorge brings it home I’ll take it.
