Trust me. I bought a bike well out of my league. Just keep it up and don't let the bike own you. Own it. I'm training hard to justify keeping it. So that way you can say, I use it. . .

I'm down for a meet and there is NO shame walking up the hill. You're at least there looking at the hill. Let it be motivation. ;)

^ No shame in walking up. The downhill sections are the best. Just make sure you upgrade those brakes and rotors.

I have a full fledge SANTA CRUZ that demands 30 ft dropps and going down sections that are featured in RED BULL Commercials. Fuck that, I ain't nor can do that.

However I can do some slight runs with it and I'm progressing better and better. The main thing that holds me back is my previous injuries from my MX bike accident and conditioning.

Place a price on PINK BIKE to sell it at that you'll let it go for but continue to keep riding it. . . Maybe you'll have a change of heart then.

I watch youtube videos of these guys going Balls out MTBing and I can't do that shit. I'm no longer young and my glory days have past. I can't afford an injury.

^ Dude. check CL and know what you want and the prices bikes go for. Guys let their Full MTB bikes go for cheap. Make sure they serviced the shocks as thats the major neglected part people tend to forget. That way, you can justify keeping it. Just know what bike you want and keep an eye out.

Dont buy a STOLEN bike. Don't support thieves.

^ When youre ready to buy. The deals are out there. I got a 2010 Carbon Specialized Stumpjumper from the original owner hardly ever used for $900. Dam RICH OC guys. He told me he got into ROAD bikes and had a 10K Specialized hanging in his garage. Then I took my time and added parts to it to make it mine and I love it. Saved a $$$ of money. Total build is around $1100 on a 3K bike.

    Deals are out there man.

I didn't think the fullerton loop was too bad. I had to walk the last uphill section for the last bit. I thought I had a good line but I didn't and I took a spill. Luckily I was able to unclip in time. I think so far Whiting has been my favorite OC trail. Rode Turnbull Canyon and the uphill in that trail kicked my ass.

    I need this next

Here's a video of the Ibis Mojo HD in action. Wish I rode this smoothly.
