Any NoCo welders/fabricators doing small custom work?

I'm looking for someone who could make a simple shelf I could slide between the sides of my topper to make a temporary shelf. I was thinking something about 60" wide and 12" deep made of aluminum with maybe a small stiffener welded along the back to keep things from sliding off and help keep it stiff. Or maybe something like the roof rack plate below but sized to fit and without all the fancy cutout/holes.

If it could be cut in half and hinged for easier storage that would be extra cool.
