Looks like you'd have to have a big enough area to put it. Plus with Oklahoma weather I wouldn't be surprised if you used and then some crazy 80mph wind threw something at it and cut it open.

I put the truck in the garage if I'm at home but I want to protect my truck when I'm stuck at work or not home. $500 deductible adds up. My brother in law already had to claim hail damage twice. Seems like a good idea to buy the hail protector.

Sorry, I was just making a, apparent bad, joke. I'm referring to my house lol. I'm really not sure how necessary they are though. When we lived in okc we got rapped up in 4 hail storms when living in an apartment. We had a couple of those microfiber plush blankets and I just threw those over the paint. They soak up enough water that the hail didn't even touch the car, just bounced off. That was my wife's car, anyway. Ran out of blankets so my suv got rock every time.

I was gonna say, 2700 Sq Feet? That's just about as big as my front yard. lol

    Indeed. Lol

Blankets should work good, cover the hood/fenders, roof/doors should be sufficient. Having a garage is nice though, made sure the home I found had one when I moved to Oklahoma.

Garage at home, garage at work. And glad for it. LOL a few weeks ago when that tornado hit Sand Springs we got 2.5" hail at the house. Luckily my truck was in the garage at the time. My roommate's car wasn't so lucky.
