    You shouldn't need an extra battery. Just get a high output alternator and do the big 3 wiring upgrade.

    I'm gonna do a dual battery setup with a isolator and all aftermarket stuff on the isolated battery so if I leave a switch on I won't be stranded

    Yeah it was a cool drive, nobody else on the road, quiet except for tires and bird sounds. This for 60 miles from Talihina, OK to Mena, AR. - that's only about 2 truck lengths of visibility.

    Figured it would be a good time before the Kansas City MO drive this weekend.
