Yeap, and now it's confirmed. They should let people fish in their tanks, they do have some nice lobsters...
I ALWAYS park my cars in corner spots be at work or at the multilevel parking garage in my apt complex. As I approached my Miata this morning I noticed that one of the douche Doctors that lives in my complex (there are a lot of douches, as there are 4 hospitals in a 3 mile radious) parked on the no park zone next to my spot. Then I saw his Honda, it looked BAD! I guess he didn't park on a covered spot while @ the hospital, or on his drive home he didn't stop @ covered place. Either way, car looked BAD!

    Corky, nice...

    I LOVE my Miata!

Have continously had one since Sept 30th 2001.

Drove my old one L.A. (Los Angeles, not lower Alabama) to Tampa and Tampa to NYC and back among other trips. If you have not driven a lighweight RWD car in the So Cal canyons or the Smoky Mountains, you truly haven't lived!

    Miata's ROCK!!! :burnrubber:

PS: I was 82nd AIRborne, I don't need no stinking tank...

here's the TR3... its seen better day's. if i have the story stright my father in law had it when he was in high school, drove it to school when his dad told him not to, someone undid one of the leather hood straps, he gets in to drive it the hood comes up and breaks the windshield, his dad then takes the car and puts in his barn... and there she sits. his dad had given it back to him at some point, but i dont think it was driven since then... i could be way off on this story... but i've never seen it running, and since they bought this house in the 90's its been sitting in the barn behind the house, i dont know if a restoration would be worth it though, she has some pretty bad rust...

    misc_phone_pics_Dec_09_389_ca9dd16205b44823b276f58b7b3437f7c7c639e1.jpg

these car's are something else. the lines are amazing. i know my father in law said that the last time he drove her it smoked pretty bad... but he said he has another engine for it in the garage as well... he bought a TR4, with the intention of restoring it, has a complete rust free roller, 3 engines for that now carpet and seat covers, alot of new parts, has the small bubble hood. the guy that had it before was going to put a V8 in it so he removed part of the firewall... finding the missing piece to the firewall has been a bit of a problem... haha. a couple years ago he went to sell it on ebay, so i took a bunch of pictures of it... he never sold it, someday this one will run again...

    no problem man....

yeah her dad's a pretty cool guy. he's got a thing for studabakers' too. the lark convertable in my sig box is his, he's got an older lark wagon with sliding top (think 60's gmc envoy XUV) and a golden hawk (with mcclullen supercharger) the lark is the only one running, the other two have been sent to the field many many years ago...

    HOLY SHIT!!!

My Dad's second wife (let's not get into how many times he married, I'm a product of the last one...) Was a widower that inherited an Oldsmobile/Packard dealer. Packard and Studabaker merged, so my dad had the first Supercharged Golden Hawk in P.R. He also had the first Super Avanti. My old man LOVED those Packards!

I'm heading up to Tulsa for the Leake car auction this weekend. Any suggestions as to fun things to do on a Fri/Sat night around there?

BTW, Andrew, how much is that GoldenHawk worth? And how much restoration does it need?

Anyone know a good alignment shop in OKC/Edmond?

    Thanks

I've heard that Firestone is good and you can get life time alignment for about $130.
