We are moving to Houston. When I moved to owasso two years ago I hated the roads they are all broken up and the cops will pull you over just for going like 5 over and running a yellow light.

So we took a LONG drive yesterday in the wife's 4runner. Dove out by the Ktrail, but didn't set a tire on it. Anyway. Today she wants to take her truck out on some "trails". Nothing crazy as she scares easily. But she wants to see a little of what her truck can do. And my 4 year old won't stop talking about it.

We are in sw okc. Any suggestions? Does draper still have any trails?

I believe draper only has mountain/dirt bike trails (at least legally).

Anyone know of any rough/muddy/unmaintained (side from I-40) where one would need 4x4 around the okc metro? Used to be a road near Stillwater off of HWY51 called cottonwood road. I don't know the shape it is in now but in college 05-09 at times couldn't get through it in a lifted z71 2door tahoe.

Very cool OL build. I read a debate on this forum about the purpose of the snorkel. Why did you add yours? And where was the photo taken?

This is a buddy of mine (also on here, not sure how often though). He should answer. Although I'm thinking he added his so he could add a flamethrower on top and make his truck look like a dragon... @rutacoma

The photo was taken west of Albuquerque NM. Pretty awesome trail system.

    3 reasons for the snorkel
    1. So as to not suck straight dirt into my filter everytime im on a trail behind somebody
    2. Obviously makes high water crossings safer, albeit not a submarine like some ignorant ppl believe.
    3. They are badass and make ppl rubber neck when they see a truck "with an exhaust out the fender" and hear rednecks say "how deep u had that thang?"

These are not the only benefits, just my top 3. Literally the only downside is thick falling snow, in which i detach the intake under the hood and carry on lol

P.s. also to look like a dragon

Was your truck at a house in Robinson by the fire department this weekend?

Ask for a guy named Aaron tell him I told I to go there. He's bad ass. He use to do custom classic cars. They do good work

Huh, go figure, it's one of Esurance's preferred shops. No bad things to say about Esurance during our time with them. Wife had a wreck a couple months back and had to fight with the Hudiburg people to get them to finish fixing the bumper (kept popping from the clips). One call from Esurance and it was in that week.

Will email the adjuster and have it sent there.
