The OP got his answer, you could just lock the thread now (given the reputation of his threads....)

Yeah, and many other Hondas/ Acuras done here in the US. Have the patents and stuff on them also. :) Fun job at the end of the day, but very grueling mentally and sometimes physically.

I would say it is rated one of the highest out on the market. I cannot give you a personal review or recommend you trade a taco for it though.

It's catered to a certain market, but if you are starting/ have a family, it would be a worthwhile consideration. I think there are a few months remaining for the current model as I was just informed that the newest FMC ( full model change) starts production in April and should be available by May of next year.

It is with much regret that I inform you ... your truck has only 6 months to live.

My wife had a 2000 Honda odyssey before she got the rav4. It was a reliable vehicle, just not a cool vehicle. The only things that ever went wrong was at around 120, 000 miles it had a code that was an evap code. I replaced the gas cap and cleared the code and it has never popped back up. Then around 190k I had to replace the power steering pump. The kids are all grown now so a minivan no longer fit her lifestyle, so she drives a rav4 and loves it. We are also considering the Highlander for her business vehicle.

I am beginning to think a lot of people here own a Rolls Royse as their primary vehicle.

    Head unit. That's it.

While some have to slum it and convince themselves to purchase a $40k truck and risk degrading themselves....some of us choose not to buy simply because the payment would be too expensive.....

just a minion in the cog of America. Woe is me.
