Couldn't have done it with out @otis24 , @EDDO and @TTT you guys are awesome!

Took about 12 hrs from start to finish.

Removing the ball joint from the upper control arm was easy on passenger, and had to get creative with the extended ball joint fork and hammer on the driver

Upper control arms were a first for everyone so it was a good learning experience. Had to remove the air box and battery along with a few components to gain decent access to the the uca bolts.

Pressing out the ball joint from the spindle, was a little tricky. The ball joint press didn't sit well so we improvised. Cut the top shaft of the ball joint, to make it a sphere, then use a socket in combo with the ball joint press.

I feel like uca's and front coil install was straight forward.

Rear leaf springs went pretty quick, everyone was working together getting multiple things dont at once.

But I jinxed the install by making the comment, wow all the fasteners are coming out really nice, nuthings stuck

As I was torquing down the very last fastener(lower rear shock) it sheared off inside, had back it out. Luckily found a fastener for temporary replacement.

Never turned a wrench on a Gen 1 before yesterday, you guys got some funky shit to deal with compared to the Gen 2.
Love the choices you made, really well thought out and quite the transformation.
Those mudflaps look a little small now. :D

    Thanks!

So after the install, ran into one problem. The e brake light was on constantly.

After some research I found the solution.

the lift added tension the the rear brake line cable. You can tell by slowly pulling your e brake, you'll hear clicks, count them.

    Should be around 12-18

    Less than 12= tight
    More than 18= loose

    I was at 10

Made a slight adjustment to the e brake cable to get 15 clicks(located right under the drivers seat near frame)

And boom! E Brake light fuctioned as normal.
