I never really paid attention...but now I will;) I have a 480 ruger super redhawk pistol. Would be neat to have a lever action to match;)

    My "youngest" lever was made in 1991. Have 2 Marlin 336 - one in 30-30 and one in 35, 2 Marlin 336-Ts in 30-30 (one a "full length," one a carbine), a Winchester 94 in 30-30, a Winchester 94XTR in 375 Win, Marlin 1894 in 44 Mag, an Marlin 1895 in 45-70 and a Marlin 444s in 444 Marlin.

    Yeh, I've got a problem...

I would love to pick up an older 94 or 336 in 357.

I think just about every lever collector would! That's probably my favorite, well that and the 94XTR, but the one I get to shoot the least because of ammo. I just need to bite the bullet and start reloading.

I worked part time at Dicks for a few years from 2010-2013. There were a lot of "Remlins" coming back with quality control issues. Both my brother-in-law and a good buddy ended up sending their guns back to "Marlin" and asking for their money back after multiple trips to and from the factory to fix ejection and feed issues. Plus, the entry level stocks aren't even hardly real wood anymore. Just laminate. A damn shame IMO.

You have a good reasonably priced source for .375 Win ammo?

Not really to be honest. The gun store by my house actually has a pretty good bead on a source, but it's only every so often they have it. I can get a box from them for $40, which isn't all that reasonable, but much more reasonable than the $50-75 I see others asking. I check Cabela's and Academy's websites as often as I remember to. They tend to have it once or twice a year for about the same price.
