It’s almost impossible to get Matt to refund me. Is there any other method of getting in contact with him besides email. He responds to the ticket but once I respond back he ignores it, and I have to start a new ticket again. It’s been two years. If it was a few hundred dollars I’d call it a loss but it’s a few grand.
