Which cap would you recommend for a 2010 tacoma, reg cab 4X4?

They seem to be pretty lightweight. Do you know if a cap would increase/decrease gas mileage?

I've been looking at a variety of cap makes like Leer, ARE and Jeraco. Any experience with these?

I'm basically just looking for ideas and input. I'm an avid surfer, fisherman, and outdoorsman.

    Thanks

Try a search, there are a few threads with good info.

I have a Leer, it's my 3rd on as many trucks. I've had good luck with them, and I think they look good and hold up well.

I am very happy with my A.R.E. MX. I would not hesitate to buy one again. The mid-rise cap w/rack did drop my highway fuel mileage by about 2mpg. No change to city mileage.

I've got an ARE MX on my reg cab 4x4, and I'm very happy with it. I've found the mileage has increased a bit, or stayed normal for all of the fillups since it was installed. Definitely hasn't hurt my mileage.

That's a nice looking vehicle you got. Thanks for the input.
