Thanks. It’s got a few factory upgrades as well.

Well, I sold the canopy and I am pretty stoked. Thank you all for weighing in!

For you guys that have mountain bikes, what was the issue with the shell?

I was thinking about getting a mid-high rise shell - I bike a lot too and was planning on just taking off the front wheel, rolling it in backwards, and locking the fork to a rocky mounts style clamp that will be near the tailgate.

Doesn't seem too bad to me but maybe I am missing something.

I did that few times with my bike and my wife’s bike. It really depends on the size of the frame and how much travel your bike has. Worst case you can get a hitch rack to carry the bikes. Also did that with our bikes. I am personally not a fan of having to take the front wheel off evert time I load up my bike.

It will be costly if you decide to buy another one down the road. Consider just parking it. It only takes about 10-15 minutes to remove/install a shell and you can do it unassisted.

The SnugTop I had was great, but I love having an open bed. My MPG has also increased by 2+ mpg by getting rid of the canopy. So far I have zero regrets.

Nice looking truck! Just got a 2021 TRD off-road DCLB. On the search for rocker sliders and lift options.
