Skoal Pouches...wintergreen. Went from Kodiak, to Skoal fine cut, to the pouches for work. I do like a beechnut when I am fishing as well. I remember buying chew for $1 a can..that was about 20 years ago. I have tried to quit probably 3 times, once for 6 months was my longest stretch. Man I need to quit again.

I know i should quit, but I have no desire to. I just enjoy it so much. I look at it this way. Its like someone who eats a lot of greasy food. You can't see the damage, but it is definitely in your arteries, not matter how fit you may be. Every enjoyable thing has a consequence in life. Since I am almost twenty and figure i have lived close to half my life, I choose to enjoy everything I can out of it.

I usually do Skoal Citrus pouches because I still have my braces after 10 years.

Although when I have free access to a toothbrush and a mechanical pencil to get the stuff out of my teeth, I'll put in a Grizzly Straight or Mint, or even a Skoal Peach. Timberwolf is for pansies, and Copenhagen will kick my tail. :p Although I really like a Levi Garrett Chew. :D

I used to dip quite often. I smoked for a couple years then quit that and picked up chewing.

I tell ya I miss dip quite a bit now that I read this thread. I quit a while ago and won't do it since I work out jiu jitsu a ton. I try to stay healthy and eat well but an occasional urge comes over time to time.

Hmmmm.... should i take a journey to the ol gas station for a tin? One last time???

Haha I won't make the trip... don't want to feel the shitty lip in the morning from not doing it for so long. Lol it also used to go hand in hand when me and boys would play poker. Good times..

    Well said jersey!

Don't make the trip, grab some candy or something instead. I quit for 6 months then once summer rolled around and I dumped the girlfriend, I did it occasionally with some friends...then one left a tin in my car...then it seemed like a good way to pass the time at work and bam, been dipping ever since.

To be honest I don't really want to quit, but I know I should eventually

Ya its one of those things that if you enjoy the feeling it gives you or just the company of doing it its going to be a tough one to kick.

Why is everything thats bad for you something you want to do??? Pisses me off!

I'm 20 and I quit about a week ago. I dipped Grizzly Long Cut Wintergreen. It was only about $1.92 a can here in SC. It's killing me not to have one in after dipping about a can a day.
