I started using snus pouches to try and quit like 5 years ago. Now hooked on the snus. I use General Swedish snus. Good stuff but I'm having a hard time quitting that now. Any tips? I've tried non tobacco pouches with no luck. If not I'm going cold turkey. It'll suck.

Smokey Mountain herbal snuff. Most Walmarts have it. Sheetz does too. Killthecan.org is a good resource. If I could quit after 30 years, you can quit. I've been clean since Thanksgiving 2013.

I used to dip and quit cold turkey in college. I'm an occupational health major and was taking a substance abuse class the same time I quit. The only thing i took away from that class was ways to quit and stay off it. The big one that helped me is a craving is about 10-15min long...so do something that will occupy your time. I used just call a friend, gf, or family to see how they are doing.

I know folks here in VA that would donate a kidney for a log of Cope mint. Luckily it is going national starting in March.

I swtiched over to chew from dip and love it. So far, I've tried Redman green and Levi Garrett. I like Redman best so far. Dip dries out my mouth where chew actually makes me salivate more...of course, I want to quit one day, but I know I can't right now, so I'm not even gonna try

I got some of that. It's not too bad. But not the same obviously. If you go to their website you can get free samples. Just pay postage

I got a life insurance quote and it's $100 more a month b/c of dipping. Looks like I'm going to be trying to quit!
