What up fellow alaskans, I just picked up a tacoma last October. The only trail I know is one out on the way to russian river and another one at jims creek. I'm definitely down to explore more! Still all stock though.. plan on getting a pair of sliders and different tires come spring. If I were to get a 3" lift installed by a certified toyota shop.. would it STILL void the warranty? If so I won't be lifting my truck for a while =\.

I'm in, but I've also said that about a half dozen times. Sadly, most Alaskan members don't seem to spend much time on this site.

Nah, Anchorage is a bunch of white folks that think places like Minnisota or Montana are too warm.

The eskimo's all live past that!

I like taking my truck up to the pits at Jonesville road in Sutton. My friends all camp there ALL the time and bring their 4 wheelers. When it rains it gets kind of muddy and can be fun. nothing really serious, but still fun. I'd likely be down for a meet and greet in Anchorage if anyone wanted to do it.

I was up at Jonesville a few weeks ago. It was a fun time. Went up one of the 4-wheeler trails until my buddy in his subaru couldn't go any farther haha. Then last weekend went up to Hatchers and went up a sweet old mining road. First time crawling boulders for me, it was awesome.

    What's up guys. I just bought a 2011 Tacoma. Where's Jonesville road?

I upgraded from a 1997 Exlplorer... didn't go off road in that!

Looking for some fun, yet still manageable trails. I have the V6 4x4 but not TRD, don't want to go too crazy.

Nice to meet you man. Jonesville is in Sutton, about 13 miles north of Palmer on the Glenn HWY. I know ive seen groups of jeeps with massive lifts/mods that go up there, but there ARE a few spot you can rally your stock tacoma and still have a little fun doing it.
