What do you want to do with the rack. Prinsu is pricey. All aluminum.

If you take a look at this thread https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/mid-rise-cap-roof-racks.677415/
The 2nd guy links a few other threads you could check out for ideas, and the last post has an example of a nice rack on a midrise shell as well.

The raised camper shell makes it difficult, as to my understanding they're usually not designed for racks, especially older ones. And of course it wont sit flat with any rack you put on the cab. Anything is possible though if you get creative with it.

Is the roof of the shell strengthened with extra fiberglass? Some, mine included, have an extra about 1" thick fiberglass layer across the inside of the roof to help handle more weight.

Not a lot of options for a regular cab unless you just want a couple of universal-fit crossbars or feel like drilling some holes to mount a smallish gear basket up there. The basket would at leas have the advantage of being relatively useful with a bungee cargo net strapped over the top of it.

Pretty much anything is going to look kind of kludgey on there, but the good news is that nobody's likely to notice it with that shell on the back. I'm probably not a great point of reference though, since I'd say that "sexy" was off the menu once that topper went on, but I'm assuming your tastes run differently than mine since if I dropped several hundred $$$ on an after-market rack but never meant to carry stuff up there all I'd ever see is all the other things I could have bought with that wasted money.
