Any Truck Dismantlers on TW?

couldnt find using search. Need various parts. Don't want to pay new price from Toyota. Wondering if there's a pick and pull place advertising on here who I could tell what I need...

Swear I saw this in the past but couldn't find it now...

I don't think so, I haven't ever heard or seen one on here. Check the for sale section and post up what you need and there are plenty of members here with a garage full of stuff. Other stuff we go over to the camelback Toyota thread and talk to @gunny1005 .

Thanks but it's not your regular run of the mill I need fog lights stuff. Just to give you an example: I need the xm wiring and hardware from kick panel to antenna. Everything minus the actual shark fin.
Also retrofitting a 7pin tow package and need some very specific brackets, pipes and wires and terminals. Stuff that only a dismantler can sell because everybody will need to keep it for their trucks to function properly

 

You would be surprised and there are also part outs that happen.

 

I had no luck with local junk yards

 

Yeah but every place I call they tell me I have to buy the whole fuse box, or an entire harness when all I need is a relay and some wires/terminals. Just an example again...

There used to be a guy out of Florida or somewhere down south I thought that would sell misc bits and pieces. Can't find it now tho.

Yeah....he took a vacation to Colombia or Venezuela....and never was heard from again on here, the Facebook page or anywhere else.
He had a part I needed, too

 

You can get the bolts at your local hardware store, and the hose from an auto parts store.
Unless the bend on the tube is too tight and wants to crimp in which case you can just make it longer and loop it.

 

That is who I am thinking of too. Will look for it, if it hasn't been posted up.
