The only thing I've tried out of the things you've listed is the baby duck eggs. They sell that here in the states. If it makes it any better they're boiled first.
Isn't Jumbo snails the same thing as escargot? We probably learned that from the French. Escargot or Geoduck clams.

wow I never knew that. I was stationed in south korea for a little over a year. very neat culture and pretty good food too

I don't, but once in a while I break out when drinking liquor.

 

My gal can't drink. An Asian gal told us recently that she can drink but she has to take a Pepcid AC before she drinks or she'll over heat!

 

I've heard about that Pepcid AC thing before but I haven't tried it. Have you?
