Had a pretty good 4 day first split. I got to hunt two mornings. Shot 12 BWT the first morning and 9 woodies the second morning. Ready for some cold weather!

Fall seems to take its time to come! Stil too much leaves in trees to see partridge and hot temps for ducks... been out once without success. Will see in a few weeks

Several people I hunt with shoot them and seem to like them real well. I think patterning and finding a good shell with even shot distribution is just as important as what brand choke you're shooting.

Thanks for the input! I tried a few brands and the one that was the blackcloud. I am currently shooting the Remington Sportsman, which is cheaper and patterns ok. Kicks don't offer the blackcloud choke with the muzzlebreaker and that is what interested me lol I think if I could gain 20% better pattern with the sportsman plus the muzzlebreaker for less recoil, for a 2nd and 3rd shot more accurate I'd be happy. I'll sleep on it lol

I shoot the Kicks High Flyer in my Mossberg 500 for the late season birds that wont decoy. The 500 has the Muzzle Break Barrel and it works great.

Just put my order in for the season, new decoys and couple cases of shells.

Rogers sporting goods has a killer deal on Hevi-Metal right now.

Every case you buy comes with a $50 gift certificate or if you call your order in, they will give you $70 off each case on the spot.

$239 for a case of Hevi-metal 3.5" shells and free shipping.

Expensive shells, but the best IMO.

    get er' while it's hot!

Good deal, but damn that’s a lot. I stick to Kent or Hevi Steel which run around $120-140

I won a box of Kent's last year and the gummed up my chamber so damn bad, i swore I would never use em again.

Tons of buddies i know use them without any problems, but I wont again unless its for crips.

Man that’s unfortunate. I moved to 20gauge for this year so I’m just buying 1 box of multiple brands to test out through the season

I tried the federal black cloud, i really liked it, but I stick to remington sportsman because it is cheap... i bought a box of Remington Hypersonic... never again! That damn thing has some crazy recoil! Not fun to shoot with

Between the 3 I nammed they are the brand that pattern the best in my gun. Might go back to it when I'll get through my box of sportsman. So next year because i don't have much time to hunt:pout:week end the 27th and 28th I plan to go tho, but I'd be very surprise to use my whole box haha

Little tree air fresheners. Clazzio black leather seat covers.
I've had the best luck with Hevi shot and Remington Hypersonic! Hevi shot in 3in #3's and hypersonics in 3in #4's out of an IM choke screwed into the trusty Beretta. Or the 28ga Beretta A400 when I want a good challenge!
