Any way to keep low beams on when switching to highs?

So, I have a Xenondepot HID retrofit kit, and I'd rather not have to ignite the bulbs more times than necessary. I also have LED high's and fogs. Why did the factory decide to cut the lows when activating the highs? Even when momentary? Is there a way to keep them both on when the highs are turned on? I'd rather have as MUCH light as possible in front of my truck when I turn them on.

    Thanks in advance.

    *EDIT* I mean fog lights

Are they? I could have sworn they deactivated. Maybe I'm just a derp.

OKAY! Confirmed that I'm a derp.

Eh, if it was like a $35 pricepoint I could justify that, but for $100, might as well get the cali raised light bar.

Conceptually this is why I added better beams and low fill activated with my highs. Ignore the top for this discussion.
