I recently (end of July) had the OTT tune (lite) applied to my 2020 OR. There was certainly a change in the immediate throttle response which was great and some shift changes to get used to. That said my driving is mostly around town 40km-60km roads and over the past few weeks the jerkiness and gear hunting and actual 'slamming/lurching' into gears has become terrible. It's like it is not downshifting at all if I am going down any type of hill and braking, and when I apply the gas again it 'thuds' into a gear and revs back up again and really throws you around in the seat. Overall the shifting has gone from smooth (stock) to erratic/unpredictable with the tune applied. I have messaged the installer who suggest a flash/reinstall to address the issues, however they will not be back to my area for at least another month if not longer. Just wondering if there is any way for me to set things back to stock myself or does this require the installer to connect/program the ecu? Actually a bit worried I'm 'damaging' things when driving it as is...given it never lurched or made thud noises going into the gears before. Thank you!

There's no way to change a tune/go back to stock without a tuner device to flash the tune to the PCM, really you would need the tuner that originally flashed it or you would need to buy another licence.

That's why I bought my own VCI so I can change mine anytime I like.

@JustDSM might be able to help you out but I think without the VCI that was used to flash it I'm pretty sure you would have to re-licence.
