This is a 17 minute video with a variation of a segmented vase. My mind does not work like this to be as creative.

I use i coat of salad bowl finish then i was using a feed n wax but apparently its not food safe...so i had to wash it off, which there wasnt really anything bad in the feed nwax but better safe than sorry. So ill be putting mineral oil on it.

    Thank you sir.
This is a rain day for me. I'm still having a hard time figuring out a wifes hidden message. For now I "got to" make her a set of doors.

Nice! I have used salad bowl finish in the past, but have just been using mineral oil + beeswax to coat my cutting boards (which by themselves don't get that shine I saw in your photos). Maybe I should buy another can of the salad bowl finish..

I did multiple coats on the juice groove as its not going to be cut on so it will stay nice. It does take a few days to cure though for thicker coats. This is what i use

My Jet 10/20 drum sander order was canceled. By me! I started thinking about the limitations due to the size. I just ordered the Jet 16/32. It was marked down about $120. They are on back order though, until March 4.

Milled out a few beams between the rain. Can't wait to get them all milled to start the pergola. A little help from a few old timers and we gonna get a mortis and tenon pergola!

Yes alaskan chainsaw mill. Using still MS 661c for making the cants then swap over to the MS 261 for boards. Love the combo. It works great.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
I've got the supermax 16/32. I love it, especially for getting down to those smaller thicknesses. I highly recommend dust collection.

Hi guys. My wife and I recently purchased a mangowood dinner table, we needed a bar height expandable table since we have a small condo. I will also be using the table for a prep area with cutting boards. I was wondering what you recommend for disinfecting and also help to maintain the wood itself. Most stuff that we saw online said to wipe up some messes with a damp cloth and sometime soap. But sometimes that won't work when I need to get blood that spattered while cutting a chicken bone lol.

    Thanks for any advice.

    None....yet.
Don't you love putting in some time on a project, just to somehow flip a board during a particular process and miscut one, ruining the whole project? Lol yeah...good times.
