That's badass. I've got some staves left but not that many.

Nothing yet. I have flatten a couple slabs in the past and this would have been nice to have.

I had made a temporary one at the time. I just didn't have a larger bit for it.

I have a nice 4 cutter bit. While it's pretty scary looking, it works extremely well :)

Since I'm new to the forum and a wood worker I figured I'd post what I'm working on now. I just got a new table saw and the outfeed tables are crap, so I'm making new ones. I had one like this on my old saw but it went with it when I sold it.
This is the bottom, all maple wood, and 3/4 maple ply for the top. It's 4'x5', it will also be used for assembly and finishing. I'll be working on the legs/base next. It will also get a white formica top laminated to it.

Looks like a posted up in here a long long time ago. But yeah, just a few months ago got my business cranking and full time custom woodwork now. Except for when I take a day off to strip and regrease my camberg UCAs while I upgrade to bilstein 6112s. So there's that.

It looks like the tabletop joins do not have any mechanical fasteners.

    Are you using only glue?

Ah good eye! Yup, glue only on the top. Reason for that is at a later date I'll be cutting in two router lifts and I done want to hit any fastners.

    Makes sense.

My Dad and I built my outfeed table 20 year ago. I screwed 2x4s together, and screwed down MDF for the top - making sure nothing was in the way of the extension slots to be routered into the top. I also covered mine with white laminate.

Still works great after all these years.

For my router, I just built Norm's Deluxe Table, slightly modified.

My plan is to have 3 routers set up in the outfeed tables. I have one lift, need to get 2 more. I want to be able to make cabinet doors without having to change my set up and also to be able to use the tables for support.
This was my old table saw and outfeed tables. The new ones will be much the same.

This is my new saw, the tables are really cheesy in my opinion. But the saw is great!

$2,500 and it took 2 months to get, takes way longer than that now! I had my old craftsman saw for 40 years, it served me well, but I did a lot of modifications and upgrades to it. This new saw is night and day over the old saw. Went from 3/4 hp to 3 hp, and it actually has a blade gaurd that's not a piece of crap and that I actually use! After 40 years I deserve this upgrade. It has a lot of great features. I've been upgrading a lot of my wood shop tools getting ready for retirement, doing it now while I'm working and can afford them

Whattup laguna table saw buddy! I have a TSS01, I think the earlier if not first generation. Made in bulgaria, 5 horse motor and 12" blade. Everything left of the saw blade is a sliding table. The fence guide is a 1.5" solid steel bar that runs 52", the thing weighs I think 150#. Hell the whole damn thing is 1100# when its fully assembled! Metal wing table though, I have a router lift in there but ugh. I wish it was a solid surface I could install some t-track into.

Don't contact laguna customer service unless you want to be sad. All they truly make are stickers that say Laguna. Equipment made by everyone else.
