LOL i was up in my attic the other day installing a bathroom fan and while laying across the studs on the old school extendable wood "ladder" you lay across the studs in the attic i thought to myself "i should probably be wearing a mask". Breathing in bad fumes/dust/particles is definitely something i need to be more cognizant about all together.

Marbled walnut island counter top. This pic was before the island was done and 8-10 coats of Waterlox.

What tools specifically? Ive got 5 20V Dewalt tools so im probably gonna keep going down that road for cordless tools. Ive only really heard the name of Festool tools but never saw or worked with them, whats the big draw for them over others?

Domino, track saw, routers, amazing sanders.
Stratospheric price tag, but after you experience the quality of the first one, they get addicting :(

I am building something very similar to that. Did you use pocket holes or mortise and tenons on the legs?

Just moved into a new home with a 2 car garage. My wife doesn’t want to park in it day to day so I’m starting to build some carts that I can reposition as needed.

First up, a mobile cart for my Kreg ACS. This is the first piece of shop furniture that I’ve built. Learning a lot as I go!

I mess around a little, have a very old Delta table saw.

I like this project the best. First built in 2017 to replace a plywood box. I used Hickory wood on the side and Red Oak for the lid, small weight reduction, that was tongue & grooved and then a boat glue epoxy to seal and hold it together. It’s in the the garage getting larger side doors and some improvements.

Does anyone have a Ridgid 4520 table saw? I’m looking for a zero clearance insert and they are not easy to find. I’ve heard the insert for the 4512 model will fit. I hate to spend $40 for one and find out it does not fit.
