Why yes, yes I did. Here is a tatoo progression I did for my wife after she lost the canine love of her life....I will need a few minutes to to upload the images from my phone....

Any logo, tatoo, etc., should be a progression from an idea to a finished concept. I really like stipple as an art medium and your logo would lend itself well to that style as well.

Pictures coming in a few minutes....

I like that shape a lot! Maybe with the center of the shell open so the wood grain would make up the pattern of the shell.
I also kinda like the side profile look too. Like this maybe? (not rainbow colored though)

Thanks! The process was pretty neat. I was sitting at home texting her images of the drawing. There are several other interim stages that I did not send, including decisions about the heart design, putting her dogs name on the tatoo, or not(Paden), etc., I would text her the picture and ask if she wanted more dots, she would respond, then I would text the next picture. It was an emotional process for her but one that I hope helped her heal her broken heart a bit.

You could also have one of the shell sections inside the turtle be in the rough shape of an M. Maybe it could be outlined instead of filled in to make it stand out a bit.

Does Turtle Woodwork need an adjective in front of it? or is it just me?

Picked up a Craftsman 113 that seems to have been used more as a glue table and shelf than anything.

Got all the mechanicals cleaned up and dialed in:

And a nice Delta fence put on with a DRO.

Waiting on a segmented belt and some machined pulleys that are 1/2" smaller than stock. In the mean time, cleaning up the deck one section at a time:
