    I typically use the 3M kit. If yours are really bad I'd get some some 400 grit wet sandpaper too. Start off hand sanding with that to get the worst off and you wont have to blow through all the 500 grid pads in the kit. You'll alway want some headlight sealer, I used turtle wax.

    I like to finish up with a clearcoat that blocks UV, which is the main cause of fading and yellowing.

    I use 1 Shot 4005A clear, but it's not cheap. I think I last saw it online for something like $45/can. I bought mine through a company that sells sign making materials.
    I'm sure there are other UV-blocking clearcoats on the market that are cheaper, but I have no experience with them.

    I just use rubbing compound with a cloth and them some wax twice a year takes about 10-15 Looks good as new
