Haha I didn’t put my name on it but compared to some of the trims I’d take it I guess… rather look at a ‘23 for 40k

I had a 18 with cloth then a 22 with leather, I agree… Toyota leather game is not great, however my T4R with softex is good, so I’m hopeful. My Hondas leather is great however, I would think Toyota will get it figured out!

Hey where did you look up your VIN? Online?
My dealer says mine will be here in early Feb.

Temporary VIN (any letters in the last 5 characters of the VIN) can be looked up on the Owners portal ... https://www.toyota.com/owners/vehicle-specification/
I believe a permanent VIN can be looked up on the tracker ... https://toyota-tracker.com/

The old trick does not work, https://guest.dealer.toyota.com/v-spec/insert-VIN-here/detail where insert-VIN-here is your VIN, and there is no known replacement. This worked for my two new Toyota's in 2022.

Your spec sheet will have the temporary VIN (letter(s) at end). It wont get a true VIN until production, since yours is Feb it'll be awhile.

Temporary VIN can be located on tracker as well, as you mentioned the old tricks dont work for finding the new real VIN, I just keep bugging my dealer to see if he has it. But super annoying.

Interesting. My temporary VIN does not work on the tracker, does work on the Owners portal. Maybe my temporary VIN will start to work when further along in the process.

EDIT - will also ask the dealer if the VIN has flipped to a permanent VIN. Seems too soon, but will ask.

the temporary tracker worked for mine up until it entered production then ceased it’s been 15 days since and still don’t have my VIN and dealer keeps saying it’s showing in production

Long bed? For some reason I thought you had your hands on a DCSB. Excited to see pictures when you get it.

I was going to wait for one and then I got an itch for the colorado zr2. Luckily, gm was still on strike and all I could find was a white one. Test drove and found the engine felt quite anemic under hard acceleration. If it would have been black I may have made a mistake and purchased it anyway. Now own a '24 tundra limited offroad. 65k sticker. Purchased for 61k with a 25k trade on my '16 tacoma sport. Don't regret it a bit especially after seeing the new pricing. Love the increase in space and comfort for travel and pulling a camper.

Did the 65k include any markup? If not, that's pretty good. Doubt we will ever see 4k off MSRP for a tacoma.

I’m surprised anybody is buying them based on some of the threads around here. Congrats to all the brave folks who are stepping up. It’ll be really interesting to see how things pan out in the next couple of years.

Ya I’m definitely a bit worried being a beta tester especially after seeing the issues with first round tundras, but what the hell why not.

Is there rumors of delays for Canada. I was told Feb for my sport+. I kind of hope for a delay until April, better spring weather, and might be easier to sell my 2022 sport. I think I'll drop in to the dealer on Tuesday and see if he has any info.

msrp. I told them to give me a price where a yes or no from me would be the best they could have done. 25k on mine with 62,000 miles was good enough as the tax savings were a wash if I was to try and squeeze a couple thousand more selling it private. They put it on the lot for 29 and I think it was gone within a week.
