    Awesome

Any chance of getting a pic of the drawers ? Specifically the drawer sides at the bottom ?

    Appreciate it , thanks

I'm particularly interested in the L bracket at the bottom edge of the drawer itself

    Thanks again

No luck in the U.S. patent office either, the only pics that show the vault are these ones.

It has more stuff done to it now.
I have been eye balling one of these for a while. I would still like Decked.com to make a version for the Tacoma but I like that they are made of metal so they are strong enough to for say park a 4wheeler, dirt bike, motorcycle on it...?

I just found this guys thread today of his build and he has one in his truck.
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-builds/307687-defconbrix-build.html

I've also found a couple other expedition forums that someone had one in a Tacoma, but closed the window already. But I bet Sean would be more then happy to tell you more about his.

    Check the build thread.
I have the standard height all-weather TruckVault in my '13 dbl cab shortbed.

The reason I chose to go with them instead of a cheaper version or a do-it-yourself is because of the security factor. I often put my higher end weapons and my photography equipment in it.

I absolutely love it and honestly won't own a truck without one ever again.

The top load capacity is 2,000 lbs so you can haul whatever you want on top of these also which is a huge benefit.

Check out my build thread for a few pics. I will be starting a thread specific to the my TruckVault with even more pics this week.

    Check the build thread.
I am having a custom mount from Finish Line West (Crap Industries) made so I haven't installed my TruckVault completely following their instructions (nor have I really even looked at them). Mine is secured in temp status until I can make it over to CA to get the custom mount made.

How difficult is it to open and close the drawers when full

Not difficult at all. They slide very smooth with and without any load. Truly a higher end product down to the smallest details

Any idea what it weighs? I have a weatherguard drawer that I picked up on Craigslist cheap. I like it, but the damn thing weighs 322LBS. Even with Expo springs my rear is sitting lower than I would like.

I've looked at a lot of pics and they use a roller ball mounted in the cabinet case front as well as side mounted rear drawer casters for their drawer hardware system , correct ?
