I've never seen the 3200 in person, but I currently have the 4100 installed. I know that my 4100 is slow when clicking quickly song to song. It doesn't bother me in the least, because I use the scrolling playlists, but it may some people. The 3200 may not have this issue, but I figured I would warn you, just in case.

    Too many mods to list
I have that model but with the Bluetooth. Its slightly slow when switching tracks on the iPod, but only when its a big playlist... 400 songs or so... apart from that, I love it. Its really good, the controls are awesome and the color matching to the Taco interior lightning is easy.
