What would be the point of getting a 2nd gen bed linex'ed. Is your's in bad condition or are you just looking for some more grip?

I got it done but im stuck in hotel right now without any of my camera stuff while i wait for my stuff to arrive at my new apartment. the line-x is nice cause it adds grip and its a personal preference. I also got the steps on my nfabs done too.

    ill post pics this weekend

Tacoridinhigh did it but I don't know if it's Line-X or not. It could be rattle can bed liner for all I know. He did it so his dog wouldn't slide around so much.
    Here's his build:
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-builds/57762-tacoridinhighs-big-red-machine.html

I've been considering it. I've been scratching the crap out of my bed with metal tubing. If I do it, it will be rolled on or rattle canned. Personally I can't justify a higher cost than that.

There are two reasons listed in my post above. Traction or added durability. These beds are not bomb proof. If you're hard on them they will most definitely scratch and/or crack. Mine is scratched, I've heard of others cracking theirs. I personally couldn't justify a $500 dollar job but I could see doing a roll on or spray on job.

In my opinion, bed mats look like shit.
