I had those, sold them to lilredstud.

One piece of advice, don't forget to adjust them post-install. I drove them around for awhile unadjusted and pissed a few people off before I realized how high they were pointed. :D

I did. Ended up swapping out with another member for his BHLM. Had problems with the little LEDs burning out and the output wasn't great. My fogs compensated for the problem, but it still bugged me.

Here's a comparison thread for these gen1s with the gen 2s & gen3s. Gen 2 & 3s are plugnplay and have brighter ccfl halos but some have had sealing issues with them too. Lighting is OK but HIDs make them better. The brights on gen2s are very bright as is. Those are the only ones I had so cannot speak to gen3s but posts indicate similar stuff. post #15 in the thread below has all 3 types listed............

a small pilot hole drilled in the bottom of each headlight, where it is unnoticeable, is as effective as a hole tube of sealant. Thats your call, though.

If I were to buy another set, I like the gen3s look the best. But I got a great deal on the gen1s. Op, where are you buying from??

I was just looking around on Amazon.com for textbooks and came across these. Thought they looked pretty sweet, but if they aren't that effective in terms of light output, I might pass. I really like the look of them though. I'll check out that thread posted ^^^^, but it seems that these headlights are not the best...

I got mine off of ebay from k2motorsports (or something close to that store name.) Let me see if I can dig it up for you. They were like 505 cheaper than the listing on their non-ebay website.

I think the perk to the g3 is you can upgrade the lighting, but don't hold me to that. I could be mistaken.

Just for comparison's sake, I dug up what I could find on eBay. There's tons more out there, but here is a taste. All up to how much you want/can spend and what quality you want. Good luck! :)

    k2motor:

(I'm including multiple links since they all end at different times and have slight price variance)

    http://cgi.ebay.com/2005-2008-TTOYO...r_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item588e1cc110

    Another style:

Different store, a little different variety. I think I got my taillights from these people, but not 100%. It's been well over a year.

I don't know anything about this store, but it has the G3 ones:

Only problem I have now is to decide whether to spend the extra cash on the headlights or a new shotgun.

I don't have the ones your asking about but I bought the ones that came out the previous year. I love them and the light output is great... IMO (6000k HID's). And there are no problems with moisture at all, but I didn't buy them off of egay.

Nice, I think the lights look better on a setup like this.
