I’m trying to decide if I want to buy a truck that stalls at high speeds, anybody else heard about this? Thanks

Its a recall, dont worry about it. The fact that there is a recall means toyota knows about it, they are fixing it, and it wont be a problem. All cars have recalls, if you only got cars that didnt have recalls then you will be walking.
