2006 Tacoma 2.7L

so I just upgraded to an iPhone 14, and I don't know how to pair on my Joying unit, I forgot my password to get into the CarPlay unit. The truck is a base model Tacoma, no controls on the steering wheel. is there an alternate way to facitory reset? Thanks
